Make the most of your practice time!  Just go to your mat, choose the type of practice (standing, seated, etc.) and hit play. Combine sessions if you have more time.
General Practice Sequence  (not available on app)

This 30 minute sequence is good to move your energy, get your blood flowing and your systems working.  As with any physical practice, please work intelligently and attentively to prevent injury.  A photo slide show is provided below.  Please review the photos before you begin.
